1. HR OFFICER
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource activities (management and development employees also company organizations) and General Affairs (transportation, accommodation, maintenance of company assets, etc.) in order to support company operational activities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology or Management or Law or related
- Minimum 3 years experience in HRGA, preferably experience in HR Operations in Fuel or Coal Industry
- Having experience in recruitment & selection management, and office administration
- Having experience using the SAP system is a plus
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
2. PORT CAPTAIN
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise the operational activities of the company fleet so that ship operations can run safely and efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) of Nautical or held ANT III
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipping or other similar industries
- Minimum 5 years of sea service, and 1 year as Master on board in oil tanker
- Able to minimize loss cargo efficiently
- Understanding about vetting PSA (Pertamina Safety Approval), and ISM & ISPS code implementation
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
3. OPERATION TERMINAL SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities :
- Planning, controlling, supervising & directing all daily operational activities related to Fuel Logistics in the supply area of the Adaro Group, so that all activities are carried out in accordance with K3 and KO Mining Safety rules, as well as effective and efficient.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum S1 any major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fuel supply chain or logistics
- Have the ability and experience in handling loading master fuels, material & inventory management, forecasting & scheduling
- Have Ahli K3 Kimia & Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certificate
- Willing to be placed at Tuhup (Central Kalimantan)
4. OPERATION TEMINAL FOREMAN
Job Responsibilities :
- Planning, controlling, supervising & directing all daily operational activities related to Fuel Logistics in the supply area of the Adaro Group, so that all activities are carried out in accordance with K3 and KO Mining Safety rules, as well as effective and efficient.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum D3 any major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Have at least 1 year experience in fuel supply chain or logistics
- Have experience in handling loading master fuels, material & inventory management, forecasting & scheduling
- Have Ahli K3 Kimia & Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certificate
- Willing to be placed at Kelanis or Tuhup (Central Kalimantan)
