What You Will Do :

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Agency client stakeholders & decision-makers within agency organizations to grow our business
  • Dive deep into agency clients’ businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding of their objectives, pain points, and industry trends
  • Identify business prospects and sell Tokopedia Marketing Solutions
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Agency business partners/clients
  • Handle end-to-end client relationship – Conduct training to agency, pitching, tailor solutions, account management, and closing deals
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business by having visibility into agency clients’ short/long term plans
  • Responsible for account planning, building sales pipeline, and revenue forecast, and attain sales target
  • Work closely with Optimization Managers to ensure delivery and optimizations of our deliverables are maximized for both client’s and Tokopedia’s best interest
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Data Analyst,  Account Manager, Marketing, etc) in order to generate the best outcome for clients and Tokopedia

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Agency (digital advertising), digital media platform or e-commerce, specifically in a role to develop and execute strategies to help our client achieve their business objectives
  • Having strong interest and/or experience in account management, business development, and sales
  • Experience in Digital Media, Online Marketing, and Advertising is an advantage
  • Passionate problem-solving, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Results-oriented and comfortable to be working & delivering against strict sales target
  • Have a natural liking to engage in conversations and building relationships with people
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data and complex products/processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a role with a focus on Agency industry, digital advertising or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment
  • Experience managing complex projects and multi-tasking with excellent organizational skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital advertising solutions
  • Experience in or deep knowledge of the eCommerce industry


What You Will Do :

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of sales strategies for various customer segments, sales coverage models, team structures, channels, partners, and organizational designs
  • Craft comprehensive business plans focusing on revenue targets, resource demands, and sales-related costs
  • Produce accurate forecasting on a variety of metrics, ranging from daily to quarterly projections
  • Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights for strategy refinement and operational improvements
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership to review sales performance and trends
  • Coordinate sales enablement initiatives across internal and external providers
  • Identify training gaps, opportunities, and ensure content/systems are up-to-date and accessible
  • Establish and refine both customer-facing and internal sales processes including lead generation, deal flow, and approvals
  • Collaborate with the relevant department to select, deploy, and integrate essential sales tools such as CRM, pitch collaterals, sales analytics, etc.

What This Role Needs :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations, business planning, or a related role
  • Proficiency with sales technology tools including CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Certification in sales operations or related field
  • Familiarity with sales training and enablement tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
  • Proven track record of improving sales processes and strategies in past roles
