A. Internal Affairs :

1. Human Resources – Mentorship Management Officers

Scope of Work :

• Conceptualize the framework for UNA Indonesia’s mentorship program (targeted towards college freshmen and high schoolers)
• Conduct a full cycle recruitment process for UNA Indonesia’s mentees
• Monitor mentees’ learning process
• Assist the Under Secretary General for Internal Affairs in any other administrative tasks as requeste

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen of age  17 – 24
• Familiarity with the United Nations, its goal, and ideals
• Experiences in project management is required, human resources management is not required but an advantage
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required for this position

2. Human Resources – Training and Development Officers

Scope of Work :

• Conceptualize programs to support the personal development of UNA Indonesia’s members
• Initiate and execute regular internal training programs based on the staff’s needs
• Assist the Under Secretary General for Internal Affairs in any other administrative tasks as requested

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen of age 17 – 24
• Familiarity with United Nations, its goal, and ideals
• Experience in project management is required, human resources management is not required but an advantage
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required for this position

3. Administration & Legal

Scope of Work :

• Establish and manage UNA Indonesia’s administrative and legal frameworks
• Provide guidance and ensure the organization’s compliance with prevailing law and regulations
• Assist the drafting and/or reviewing of agreements between UNA Indonesia and other entities
• Manage letters and databases of the organization

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizens of age 17 – 25
• Be enrolled in a first university degree program or a recent graduate (Bachelor’s level or requivalent)
• Familiarity with the United Nations, its goals, and ideals
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is necessary
• Knowledge of Indonesia’s and the UN’s administrative and legal systems is an advantage

B. Program Development :

1. UNAI HUB Officers

Scope of Work :

• Developing programing which aims to advocate the public’s concern, especially youth, on issues related to the UN and the Sustainable Development Agenda
• Conceptualize and initiate projects, as well as create the required project documents
  Have the responsibility to faciliate the concern or issue raised by the members of the Hub

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen of age 17 – 25
• Be enrolled in a first university degree program or a recent graduate (Bachelor’s level or equivalent)
• Familiarity with the United Nations, its goal, and ideals
• At least 1 (one) experience in project management
• An interest in social issues and an understanding of SGDs are required
