Responsibilities :

  • Carry out end-to-end recruitment process including job listing, sourcing candidate, screening CVs from candidate’s database, Arrangement and psychology test schedule, manage all the interview, making reports and cooperate with other departments regarding the recruitment process.
  • Assessing psychological assessment result and creating report of candidates to be used by User Dept.
  • Arranging Training and Development program (TNA, gap analysis, pitching vendor, training schedule arrangement).
  • Report HR practices in every month about event activities, recruitment & training progress, administration, and issues happened.
  • Devising plans and find information regarding everything needed for bonding activities for all employees.
  • Coordinate with another department regarding HR activities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology (with a minimum GPA 3.00)
  • Having at least 1 year of working experience as a Recruiter & Trainer (Having experience in manufacturing will be a plus)
  • Able to operate psychological test tools (Aptitude, WPT, TKD sub 6, Kreaplin, Papikostick, DAM, BAUM, WARTEGG, etc.)
  • Experienced in interview using Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) technique
  • Proficient in using Ms.Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) & Canva
  • Maximum 32 years old
  • English is a must
  • Placement Cikarang Factory (Delta Silicon I)
