Enterprise Synergy and Strategic Planning
Responsibilities :
Develop strategic plan and long-range goals of the Enterprise organization including researching market conditions and developments.
Develop and monitor strategic initiative and projects across BU’s, subsidiaries/cross-functional or individually in order to get Enterprise’s objectives.
Support the formulation of the company’s strategy based on risk and opportunity assessment, clear issue identification and comprehensive analyses
Develop the business strategy and collaborate with BU’s, subsidiaries and commercial functions Enterprise’s objective
Analyses the performance of the company’s and BU’s, subsidiaries business portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth
Perform the development of business cases to support the decision-making of the new strategic initiatives
Collaborate and help align within BU’s subsidiaries strategy
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in the fields of Business, Marketing, or Industry-related; MBA or a master degree is highly preferred
Minimal 5 years of working experience with 3 years of experience from consulting companies or strategy/ management consulting experience or Enterprise synergy and Planning strategy experience
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Highly comfortable in a ambiguous environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience of business planning and budgeting
