1. Adaro Mining Professional Program (AMPP)
- Adaro Mining Professional Program (AMPP) is a program designed to develop mining professional as the future leders of Adaro Group. We screen the best talents to experience our comprehensive program, which includes leadership and technical competency development in the area of mining
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering : Mining, Geological, Mechanical of Civil
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years experience
- Masters degree (S2) are welcome to apply
- Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor degree and 27 years old for Master degree
- Active in Organizational activities
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing to be placed in all Adaro Operational sites in Kalimantan
2. Adaro Logistics Professional Program (ALPP)
- Adaro Logistics Professional Program (ALPP) is a program designed to develop logistics professional as the future leaders of Adaro Group. We screen the best telents to experience our comprehensive program, which includes ledership and technical competency development in the area of logistics
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering : Naval Architecture, Marine Transportation, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh Graduates or maximum 2 years experience
- Masters degree (S2) are welcome to apply
- Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor degree and 27 years old for Master Degree
- Active in organizational activities
- Good Communication and leadership skills
- Willing to be placed in all Adaro Logistics Operational ites in Kalimantan
