Corp. Culture Identity & Employer Brand
Key Accountabilities :
Design and analyze end-to-end process of corporate culture, corporate identity and Employer Value Proposition Program
Lead the process of corporate culture determination to support XL’s strategic directions in order to improve company performance.
Design, manage and monitor the implementation of Corporate Culture Internalization programs across organization (L1 to L4 level) through various communication method such as face to face workshop, digital handbook, buddying program, etc.
Manage end-to-end change management processes to support business transformation across organization.
Analyze, identify and develop any improvement process to strengthen corporate culture, corporate identity and Employer Value Proposition program in order to aligned with corporate strategy and business transformation.
Manage end-to-end Employer Value Proposition process across organization and ensure the implementation in entire people journey (Talent acquisition, development, retention and engagement)
Design guidelines of Employee Engagement process, implementation, improvement and evaluation method
Manage and measure Employee Engagement Index across organization, as baseline to provide focus improvement on treatment to employee, management & organization.
Design & Develop learning development program across organization on Leadership competencies align to company needs.
Analyze learning development needs, design and deliver development program through various media and system.
Develop evaluation mechanism to measure Managerial Effectiveness across the organization.
Design and propose training budget, seeks and obtains funding approval, and controls costs against budget.
Collaborate with external training consultants and also internal knowledge expert to develop course objectives and content and the way we deliver the program.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in building and strengthening organizational culture, employer branding, and with a proven track record of designing and delivering leadership development programs.
Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, employee engagement and leadership development best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead culture initiatives, develop and execute cultural transformation programs, and maintain a strong culture.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate culture and employer branding
Proven ability to develop and execute effective leadership development programs, including needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation, and evaluation
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations
