- Minimum Education and Experience
- S1 degree in Engineering/Oceanography and S2 degree in MSc with at least 5 years working experience in related area.
- Having a good knowledge and background in business analysis, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, contract negotiation skills, financial and cost analysis.

- Completion of an approved certified mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics program OR
- Associate degree or Trade School Certification in a related field and two (2) years’ experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance

- Completed an electrical Apprenticeship with a recognized training facility.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance and Completion of an approved certified electronics, electrical and/or instrumentation program OR
- Associates degree or Trades School Certification in a related field and two (2) years experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance
- Qualified/ Certified with working on MV and preferably HV systems.

- Must be able to train and mentor others.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings, product specifications, and other related documentation to product inspection.
