1. Social Media Officer
Job Description :
- Responsible for handling and growing the brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms via organic and paid social activity
- Lead the creation of engaging, creative and informative content across all central brand social media outpost which informs, entertains and delights audiences with brand focused messaging
- Monitoring social media channels to respond appropriately to posts/comments, and identify issues that require escalation
- Lead the content calender process (inc. approvals), raise brand awareness, conduct data capture and increase engagement levels across all activities
Job Qualification :
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Marketing/ any relevant majors
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in social media marketing
- Work Location in Jakarta
2. Marketing & PR Officer
Job Description :
- Fully in charge at the designated outlet, carrying day-to-day responsibilities and handling marketing program and events execution
- Have high initiative on generating creative ideas to increase brand awareness and outlet sales
- Monitor customer and media’s opinion of the brand and its products
- Develop good working relationship with local media, liaise with the press on potential news stories, and build connections with local KOLs
Job Qualification :
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- Have a strong interest in marketing
- Experience in handling marketing program and events execution
- Work Location in Surabaya
3. Brand Manager
Job Description :
- Overse the new lifestyle brand concept from Excelso, identify market positioning, and manage the efforts to build brand value and improve market share
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and initiatives, F&B promotions, sponsorships, digital, events & PR plan to generate brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activities
Job Qualification :
- Posses a Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- Have an experience in creative promotion strategy
- Experienced in marketing campaign
- Experienced in F&B Industry
- Work Location in Jakarta
4. Graphic Designer
Job Description :
- Communication ideas that inspire and captivate consumers through visually-appealing design, including text and imagery concepts
- Develop design and overall layout for advertisements, marketing collateral, in-store display, packing, and more
- Review and check final graphic designs for typos and errors before sharing to the marketing team
Job Qualification :
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Creative Multimedia/any relevant majors
- Expert in using design application software (AI, Photoshop, Corel etc.)
- Have experience at least 1 year as a Graphic Designer
- Work Location in Jakarta
