1. Fulltime Social Media Specialist

• Develop social media strategic across all platforms, manage social media posts, monitor, maintain social media engagements and report the results as well as present the analysis and insight

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage creative direction and briefing requirements for photography and video shoots acroos, including detailed briefs & timelines
• Be able to supplement planned shoots by creating and editing your own still and video content
• Ensure content is developed to support all priority social channels and formats (feed, stories, reels, etc)
• Ensure content engages, is rich in storytelling, and supports key business objectives
• Own social copywriting, producing engaging captions and other written content across social media, website, online listings etc
• Actively work towards growing social media presence and engagement

2. Digital Ads Specialist

• Placing targeted consumer ads on search engines, social media, or other digital platforms

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop short and long-term digital marketing strategies to achieve wider business goals
• Responsible to set up pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Search and Google Display Partners
• Conduct keyword search to create a list of keyword phrases that will cater to the right audience
• Creates Ads that will run on Google Search, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Display Partners sites
• Identification of the number of time visitors have clicked on your ad, which ad was clicked on, and which keyword got the ad displayed
• Optimize the quality score of the campaigns

Qualification and Skills :

• Proven 2 years of Digital Advertising experience
• Expert in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, and E-Commerce Ads
• Running Ads : Testing, checking CPC/R*
• Exceptional analytical skills and impressive attention to details Substantial experience in digital analytics

3. Fulltime Sosmed Graphic Designer

• Managing all graphic visual social media activities for each of our accounts, as well as create visuals for all our digital communication channels

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Follow the brand guidelines, formats and templates to maintain consistency with corporate brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to produce sales enablement materials
• Keep up to date with latest design trends
• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyer, datashets, battle cards & presentation decks
• Providing digital marketing assets including emails, newsletters, & social media graphics

Qualification and Skills :

• Knowledge and technical skills to work with popular graphic design programs like Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dimension
• Time management skills, attention to details, creative mindset to bring designs to life with simple instruction, flexibility to switch between projects
