1. Financial Administrative Auditor
Key Responsibilities :
- Auditing business process in the company according to the policy and giving improvement recommendations.
- Analyzing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and company’s polices.
- Planning financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls and external regulations before doing assignmen.
- Assessing compliance with financial regulations by implementing audit program steps.
- Auditing special assignments according to management requests.
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree in any major
- Having minimum 5 years experience as internal auditor
- Understanding SOP making & logic business process
- Preferably having certification as internal audit
2. General Corporate & Fiannacial Legal Counsel
Key Responsibilites :
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Handling corporate action transactions
- Managing and monitoring all documents related to banking and financing transactions
- Drafting legal opinion
Requirements :
- Basic Law Degree (S1 in Law), preferably Female
- Having minimum 2 years experience in legal practice
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Having PERADI license or PPAT certificate is preferable
- Excellent coordination, analytical and communication skills
3. Cost & Budget Control Analyst
Key Responsibilites :
- Analyze pricing for Fiber optic, IBS, FTTX, passive and active devices, also 5G manage services
- Analyze actual budget and cost for all products monthly
- Provide CAPEX estimation – budget for new product or new project
- Ensure availability of shopping lists for all core business
- Ensure implementation of system enhancement and development
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 5 year experiences in handling cost budget
- Strong knowledge about fiber optic products, FTTX, IBS, passive and active devices and 5G manage services
- Having experience in price analysis
- Having experience in engineering, telco, IT and accounting field
4. Contract Management Section Head
Key Responsibilites :
- Provide contract management recommendation
- Ensure the availability of draft contract , also monitoring and updating contract document
- Ensure the completion of an analysis related to regulation or contract is appropriate
- Ensure the socialization of new contract or new amendment
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 law major
- Minimum 5 years experience as legal staff, and SPV level is an advantage
- Having experience at telecommunication company
- Having experience to drafting & reviewing contract or addendum
