Admin Tenant Relations
Job Descriptions :
- Collect tenant’s information and update the database.
- Provide the best service quality to ensure maximum tenant’s satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of essential information to tenants is delivered on schedule.
- Prepare monthly reports and other reports required.
- Assist the Commercial Department team members by preparing Human Resources (HR) documentation and administration.
- Prepare letters & access cards for internal and external.
- Record and update assets that belong to Commercial Department.
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree of any major with a minimum of 2 years working experience as a residential administrator, office administrator, or other relevant position.
- Knowledgeable in administrative/secretarial tasks.
- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written. Able to speak other International language would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Customer Service oriented.
