Admin Tenant Relations

Job Descriptions :

  • Collect tenant’s information and update the database.
  • Provide the best service quality to ensure maximum tenant’s satisfaction.
  • Ensure the delivery of essential information to tenants is delivered on schedule.
  • Prepare monthly reports and other reports required.
  • Assist the Commercial Department team members by preparing Human Resources (HR) documentation and administration.
  • Prepare letters & access cards for internal and external.
  • Record and update assets that belong to Commercial Department.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree of any major with a minimum of 2 years working experience as a residential administrator, office administrator, or other relevant position.
  • Knowledgeable in administrative/secretarial tasks.
  • Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written. Able to speak other International language would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Customer Service oriented.
