Mall Operation Admin Staff

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in a shopping mall (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Able to communicate in English both written and spoken is advantage
• Detail oriented, neat and nice in working
• Excellent organizational skill and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure, acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description:

• Support daily administrative tasks related to mall operation dept include filling documents to ensure functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Create and update records & database for A&P, Design, Marketing & Event, CS & TR and Customer Loyalty
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary and supporting Mall Operation Team in organizing various projects
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly mall operation activity (including Vendor or third party) in order to reach customer satisfaction
