Account Executive
Responsibility :
- Actively seeks new clients and maintain existing clients by performing sales/ client visits and client entertaining activities to acquire and retain clients.
- Create sales offerings, pitch sales, negotiate and close sales deal with clients to achieve sales target.
- Monitor realization of sales deal by making the required administration documents, making play lists or event order,
- Making sure that invoice are made correctly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect sales billing / invoice from clients to make sure all sales receivable are collected.
- Create monthly operational cost forecast and submit realization report in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide periodical activity report, sales report, etc to superior in a timely manner.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position in media/industry, TV or digital media working experience will be preferable.
- Must be good in communication skill
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Have a good interpersonal skills and negotiation skill
- Can work independent or with a team
- Target oriented person
