Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain Founder agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc (including preparing and distributing document for offline or online meetings, correspondence)
  • Communicate with Founder business partner / colleague / office employee on behalf of Founder with professional manner in various communication media (WhatsApp, we chat, email, phone call, etc)
  • Be a support system for Founders, assist in daily tasks while minimize any issue that may occur in the future
  • Reminding the user of important tasks or deadlines and liaise with other executives on behalf of the user
  • Arranging complicated overseas travel, visas, and accommodation
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
  • Greeting and assisting guest for Founder which come for meeting or special occasion
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the Founder


  • Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree in Secretary/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, proactive, and adaptability to do of different tasks
  • Able to use a Microsoft office & a variety video communication application (Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams) on iOS
  • Have a good understanding to follows instructions clearly, accurately within a strict timeline
  • Excellent drafting skills, including minutes of the meeting, correspondences, etc.
  • Interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with people at all levels, and a well-organized approach to work with detail-oriented
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Experience with working with Founder/ CEO
  • Knowledge about overseas travel arrangements is a plus (5-Star Airlines and Hotels)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English skills is a must
  • Interest with Media/ Entertainment Industry is preferable
